RE: Upcoming Snow Removal Contract
Attached are some forms I Put together to update the existing snow removal
contract to cover 2012 and 2013. Please list all the sites that you take care of
and the price per time for plowing. All of the other terms and conditions of
the last contract will remain in effect.
Sign both copies and return them to me. I will get signatures on this end and
send a formal signed copy back to you for your records.
I have your insurance info so we should be set.
City of Bozeman Snow Removal Contract
FY 2012 —2013
As per the terms and conditions of the FY 2011-2012 contract the Snow Removal Contract can
be extended for another year upon mutual agreement.
The contractor has agreed to continue service for the upcoming year at the current contract price.
The contractor agrees to follow all the teens and conditions of the current contract.
The buildings or parking lots that services will be provided for include the following:
