Bi-lingual opportuni ties can be insti tuted if the need should arise, although at the present

This
organization contact group serves largely as a sounding board for the program process and activity

vital input fomulates program direction.
Encouragernent for the COmmittee to contain minority representatives including female
heads-of-household is considered as these groups become a representation of a segrrent of the
carrnmi ty. Selection of COrrnrlttee rrembers is subject to the approval of the City Commission.
This formally established COmmittee does not exclude the participation of any other citizen.
The scope of citizen input includes developrrent of both the pre-application and appli-
cation, arrendrrents, budget revisions and changes to the Comnmi ty Developrrent Program and the
Housing Assistance Plan and planning, implementing and
assessing the Community Development
Program and performance.

section. The meeting will be held in an accessible location,
in the dayt ime and evening hours I
