Bid Date: Dec. 6, 2006 at 2:00 p.m.
The information listed below shall amend the construction documents for ‘Window Replacement – The
Historic T.B. Story Mansion & Carriage House’ prepared by Comma-Q Architecture, Inc. and dated
November 6, 2006 as follows:
2.01 Project Manual, BID PROPOSAL FORM: CORRECTION at Section 4 paragraph 2 on
page 3; 2. References for three (3) federal tax credit projects your firm has
rehabilitated within the last eight years., replace with: 2. References for three (3)
historic preservation projects your firm has rehabilitated within the last eight years.
2.02 CLARIFICATION: at Window 3B there is existing surface mounted electrical conduit
located in front of the wall infill where we have asked for a new window to be installed.
The City of Bozeman will have this electrical conduit relocated prior to the selective
demolition of the wall infill by city staff. Do not include any work associated with the
electrical conduit in this project.
