COMPLETION OF WORK
Undersigned agrees the work performed under this Contract shall be commenced after
signing, on or about December 11, 2006, and be substantially completed by May 1, 2007.
( Completion date will be finalized upon delivery of window package to site.
Construction schedule
allows for 60 days of submittal approvals/ordering/ manufacturing, and 90 days for installation and completion.)

he/she agrees to execute a Contract for the Work, for the above stated compensation. Undersigned agrees, if awarded the Contract, to furnish and deliver to the Owner ten (10) calendar
days after being awarded the Contract, an executed Form of Agreement, AIA Document A101, 1997 Edition, and to furnish Performance Bond and Labor & Material Payment Bond, Document A311,
currently issued by the American Institute of Architects (AIA), in the amount of 100% of the Contract sum.

COMPETITIVE PROPOSAL RANKING CRITERIA
Proposals will be scored and ranked according
to the criteria listed below. Scoring will be weighted in favor of offeror whose project references include construction experience similar to the Window Replacement of the Historic
T.B. Story Mansion.
