Story Mansion and Carriage House Bozeman, Montana COMPLETION OF WORK Undersigned agrees the work performed under this Contract shall be commenced after signing, on or about December 11, 2006, and be substantially completed by May 1, 2007. ( Completion date will be finalized upon delivery of window package to site. Construction schedule allows for 60 days of submittal approvals/ordering/ manufacturing, and 90 days for installation and completion.) STIPULATED SUM Having examined the Agreement and General Conditions, Supplementary General Conditions and Specifications entitled: Window Replacement - The Historic T.B. Story Mansion and Carriage House Including all Addenda, Contract Drawings, having visited the site and examined all conditions affecting the Work. Undersigned agrees, if awarded the Contract, to furnish and deliver to the Owner ten (10) calendar days after being awarded the Contract, an executed Form of Agreement, AIA Document A101, 1997 Edition, and to furnish Performance Bond and Labor & Material Payment Bond, Document A311, currently issued by the American Institute of Architects (AIA), in the amount of 100% of the Contract sum. COMPETITIVE PROPOSAL RANKING CRITERIA Proposals will be scored and ranked according to the criteria listed below. Scoring will be weighted in favor of offeror whose project references include construction experience similar to the Window Replacement of the Historic T.B. Story Mansion. General Contractor shall submit the following information as a separate attachment to this Bid Proposal Form References for three (3) general commercial properties your firm has rehabilitated within the last eight years. References to include: location of property age of property year completed your role in the project owner’s name and phone number architect’s name and phone number No reference letters accepted. If we cannot contact a reference no points will be awarded. 16 possible points References for three (3) federal tax credit projects your firm has rehabilitated within the last eight years. References to include: location of property age of property year completed your role in the project owner’s name and phone number architect’s name and phone number No reference letters accepted. If we cannot contact a reference no points will be awarded. 16 possible points List references for your current construction/rehabilitation projects. References to include: location of property age of property year completed your role in the project owner’s name and phone number architect’s name and phone number No reference letters accepted. If we cannot contact a reference no points will be awarded. 16 possible points The lowest responsible bid for entire contract will be awarded 16 points.
