COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 4219
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, CHANGING THE NAMES OF TWO STREETS WITHIN MEADOW
CREEK SUBDIVISION PHASE I IN THE CITY OF BOZEMAN.
WHEREAS, Rocky Mountain Bank of Bozeman, Montana, majority owner of
the lots in Meadow Creek Subdivision Phase 1, has requested that Ainsworth Drive be re-
named to Kurk Drive, and that Goldeneye Drive be re-named to Golden Sun
Drive-,
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, on the
12th day of October, 2009, at its regular meeting, passed and adopted Commission
Resolution No. 4211, declaring it to be the intention of the City Commission to change
the name of two streets in Meadow Creek Subdivision Phase 1;
WHEREAS, the notice of the adoption of said Resolution was published in the
Bozeman Daily Chronicle on October 21, 2009 , as appears on the affidavit of publication
of the publisher of said Bozeman Daily Chronicle, which is on file with the Clerk of the
City Commission of the City of Bozeman; and
WHEREAS, said notice of the adoption of said Resolution has been served in
the manner of the service of summons in civil actions upon all persons owning property
in Meadow Creek Subdivision Phase 1, which return of service is on file with the Clerk
of the City Commission of the City of Bozeman; and

WHEREAS, said notice, as published and served, designated the 9th day of
November, 2009 at 6:00 o'clock p.m., at the Commission Room in the City Hall Building,
Bozeman, Montana, as the time and place for hearing objections; and
WHEREAS, no legal objections to said street name changes were presented on
the 9th day of November, 2009, at the regular meeting of the City Commission, nor were
any objections filed in writing prior to that meeting;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City
of Bozeman, Montana:
It is declared by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana,that
"Ainsworth Drive" in Meadow Creek Subdivision Phase 1, City of Bozeman, is hereby
changed to "Kurk Drive", and"Goldeneye Drive" in Meadow Creek Subdivision Phase 1
is hereby changed to "Golden Sun Drive" as reflected on Exhibit"A" attached hereto.
Rocky Mountain Bank, applicant, shall be responsible for obtaining and installing new
street marker signs as necessary.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, at a regular session thereof held on the 16t" day of November, 2009,
