Pledge of Allegiance and a Moment of Silence C. Changes to the Agenda D. Public Service Announcement – No Commission meeting on December 24th and City Offices will be Closed December 25th (Ulmen) E. Minutes – October 22, 2012 and October 29, 2012 Special Meeting Consider the motion: I move to approve the minutes of October 22nd and October 29th, 2012 as submitted. F. Consent 1. Authorize Payment of Accounts Payable Claims (LaMeres) 2. Authorize City Manager to sign a Bid Purchase Agreement for a Wastewater Operations Sewer Jetter Truck in the amount of $224,628.45 with Utility Specialties INC. (Alston) 3. Approve the Certification of Delinquent City Assessments to Gallatin County for the first half of Fiscal Year 2013 (Rosenberry) 4. Approve the Final Plat for the Cowdrey Minor Subdivision to subdivide 5 acres and authorize the Director of Public Service to execute the same, Application P-12015 (Skelton) 5. Approve the attached Liquor and Beer and Wine License Renewals for Calendar Year 2013 (Neibauer) 2 Bozeman City Commission Agenda, December 17, 2012 2 of 2 6. Adopt the Parks and Trail Bond Fund Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Years 2014 – 2018 (Rosenberry) 7. Reappoint Rob Evans and George Thompson to the Impact Fee Advisory Committee (Brunckhorst) 8. Reappoint Dan Martin to the Transportation Coordinating Committee (Brunckhorst) Consider the motion: I move to approve Consent items G. 1-8 as submitted. G. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes. H. Executive Session - City Manager Evaluation The Mayor may close to the public all or portions of this meeting pursuant to Sect. 2-3-203(3), MCA, if discussion relates to a matter of individual privacy and the Mayor determines the demands of the individual’s privacy clearly exceed the merits of public disclosure. The right of individual privacy may be waived by the individual about whom the discussion pertains and, in that event, the meeting must be opened. I. FYI/Discussion 1. Discuss cancelling the City Commission meetings the week of January 21st and the week of February 18, 2013 as City Hall will be closed those Mondays in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and President’s Day. J. Adjournment City Commission meetings are open to all members of the public.
