Rouse (2nd floor)   Minutes – November 8, 2012   *Consider a motion approving minutes of the November 8, 2012 INC meeting as submitted.   Public Comment – Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record.  This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the City of Bozeman’s Inter-Neighborhood Council.  Please limit your comments to three (3) minutes. Neighborhood Police Activity Report (Lt. Mark Johnson/Sgt. Travis Munter - Police Department’s Support Services Division) Special Guest Introduction of Craig Woolard, City’s New Public Services Director Action Items Elections of 2013 INC Officers – Accept nominations from the floor following by a motion and vote for the 2013 INC Officers (new terms begin January 2013). Discussion and Action Items 2012 State of Neighborhoods Address to Commission, scheduled for January 28th with materials due January 17th – Review the summary of issues developed and discussed by the INC group from 2011 State of Neighborhoods Address and update to reflect INC discussion items 2012 meeting and finalize the order of presentation and presenters for the address; And Motion and vote to forward the summary of issues to the City Commission for their consideration at their January 28th public hearing.
