NOW, TI~FORE, pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-3-4442 and parts 41-42, Chapter 12, Title 7, M.C.A., 1978 and amendments thereto: BE IT RES)LVED AND IT IS HEREBY CRDERED BY TI-IE aMAISSICN OF TI-IE CITY OF OOZEMAN, STATE OF M:NrANA Sect ion l. Section 3. That the Clerk of the COmmission of the City of Bozeman be, and she is hereby I ordered and directed to publish in the Bozeman Daily Olronicle, a daily newspaper printed and published in the said City of Bozeman, a notice signed by the Clerk of the COmmission and stating that a Resolution levying and assessing a special assessment of taxes to defray the cost and expense of constructing and rraking the irrprovernents in the said Special Inprovernent District No. 584 is on file in the office of the Clerk of the Commission subject to inspection for a period of five (5) days; that said Notice shall state the time and place at Which objections will be heard by the Commission for the final adoption of this Resolution; that it shall be published at least five (5) days before the day set by the Connrlssion for the hearing of objections and the final adoption of this Resolution. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that at a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, held on the 7th day of Novarner, 1979, Commission Resolution No. 2117 was provisionally passed and adopted: That said Commission Resolution levies and assesses Special Irrprovement District No. 584, in said City, to defray the cost and expense of constructing and making the inprovements within said district, to wit: The boundaries of said Special Irrprovement District No. 584 are described as follows: Beginning at the West 1/16th corner in the South line of Section 12, Township 2 South, Range 5 East, Mbntana Principal Meridian, said point being the centerline intersection of West College Street and South 15th Avenue; thence Weste~ly along the centerline of West O:>llege Street a dis- tance of 157.04 feet; thence Northerly along the East line of Apollo Sub- division extended a distance of 1274.04 feet; thence continuing Southerly I parallel to the West 1/16th line of said Section 12, a distance of 60.00 feet to the South line of the proposed Richards Subdivision; thence Easterly along said South line a distance of 52.73 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 7, Block 3, of the proposed Richards Subdivision; thence Northeasterly to the Northeast corner of said Lot 7; thence Easterly along the South line "" of West Koch Street a distance of 184.46 feet to the West line of the alley through Blocks 12, 13, 20, and 21 of the Normandy Rearrangernent of West Side Addition; thence Southerly along said alley a distance of 1496.64 feet to the centerline of West College Street; thence Westerly along said centerline a distance of 150.60 feet to the point of beginning and containing 332,909.51 square feet of assessable area. That Wednesday. the 14th day of November. 1979. at 1:15 o'clock p.m. of said day at a regular session of the COmmission of the City of Bozeman. at the COmmission Room in the City Hall Building of said City has been designated as the time and place Where the said COrrnrlssion will hear and pass upon any and all objections that may be made to the final adoption of said I Resolution No. 2117 and the levying of a said assessment. and that said Resolution will finally be passed and adopted at the said regular session. All persons interested are referred to COmmission Resolution No. 1885 declaring it to be the intention of the COmmission to create Special Improvement District No. 584 and Commission Resolution No. 1891 creating Special bnprovement District No. 584 for the purpose of construction and installation of an asphaltic-concrete type pavement. integral concrete curbs and gutters. and necessary appurtenances thereto on South 15th Avenue in the City of Bozeman.
