All persons interested are referred to Commission Resolution No. 1878 declaring it to be the intention of the Commission to create Special Improvement District No. 580 and Commission Resolution No. 1888 creating Spe~ial Lmprovanent District No. 580 for the purpose of construction I and installation of sanitary sewer lateral mains and appurtenances to serve the adjoining properties more specifically as follows: An eight (8) inch lateral rrain and appurtenances on Koch Street, Olive Street and cuI de sacs and easements between South 15th Avenue and South 19th Avenue, College and Babcock Streets in the City of Bozeman. The Construction and installation to include all trench excavation and backfill, bedding materials, sewer pipe, manholes, wyes, lampholes, service lines and other necessary appurtenances.
