Adjournment The following Resolutions were approved September 24, 2012: Resolution No. 4401 Levying and Assessing Mainte- nance and Electrical Current Costs for Special Improvement Lighting Maintenance Districts of the City of Bozeman. 4 Resolution No. 4402 Levying and Assessing a $1 TY per room night fee for overnight stays at Lodging Fa- cilities located in the Bozeman Tourism Business Improve - 97 ment District (TBID) for the Fis- cal Year 2013. Resolution No. 4391 A Resolution Relating to Spe- cial Improvement Lighting Dis- trict No. 714 (Southbridge Phase 1) Declaring it to be the Intention of the City Commis- sion to Create the District for the purpose of Maintaining Lighting Improvements and As- sessing the Costs of Mainte- nance and Energy Therefor to Benefitted Property by the Levy of Special Assessment. Resolution No. 4403 Levying and Assessing a Spe- cial Assessment for Fiscal Year 2013 upon all real proper- ty in the Business Improve- ment District located in the City of Bozeman's Downtown area to defray the estimated cost and expense to be incurred in the Business Improvement Dis- trict for the Fiscal Year as out- lined in the District's Work Plan and Budget. Resolution No. 4404 Levying and Assessing a Spe- cial Assessment upon certain specified real property in the City of Bozeman, unless provi- sionally exempted, to collect delinquent water and sewer charges plus costs and ex- penses incurred by the City of Bozeman, as provided for in section 7 -13 -4309, Montana Code Annotated. Resolution No. 4405 Levying and Assessing a Spe- cial Assessment upon certain specified real property in the City of Bozeman, to defray the cost and expense of collecting, removing and disposing of Sol- id Waste.
