We have approved an extension of time for your Save America's Treasures award with the National
Park Service for the Story Mansion (Grant Number 30- 04- ML- 0046).
By this action:
♦ Extension. The end date for this grant is extended from May 31, 2009, to April 305 2010.
♦ Additional Interim Reports. In accordance with the Grant Agreement, Interim Progress Reports
must be submitted to NPS every six months during the grant period. The next Interim Progress
Report is due by June 30, 2009.
♦ Final Project Report. A Final Project Report and final payment request are now due by
July 31, 2010, 90 days from April 30, 2010, the new end date.
NPS also acknowledges receipt the December 5, 2008, letter from the Montana Historical Society,
confirn ing that the proposed plans will have no adverse effect on the property. Receipt of this
letter satisfies special condition # 20, Compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic
Preservation Act, of the grant agreement. Please note that if any changes are made to these
approved plans both NPS and the State Office must review them prior to construction taking place.
