Call to Order – 6 p.m. – Commission Room, City Hall, 121 North Rouse B. Pledge of Allegiance and a Moment of Silence C. Changes to the Agenda D. Minutes – May 7, 2012 Executive Session, May 21, 2012 and June 4, 2012 Regular Consider the motion: I move to approve the May 7, 2012 executive session minutes and the May 21, 2012 and June 4, 2012 regular minutes as submitted. E. Consent 1. Authorize Payment of Accounts Payable Claims (LaMeres) 2. Authorize City Manager to sign Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement for Bozeman Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase 1 Improvements with HDR Engineering (Murray) 3. Authorize City Manager to sign Interlocal Agreement with Gallatin County and the City of Belgrade to cooperate in a process to analyze infrastructure, land use planning, and public services in the “Triangle” area of the Gallatin Valley (McHarg) 4. Accept the July 2012 Building Division Monthly Report (Risk) 5. Approve Resolution No. 4388, Modifying Special Improvement Lighting District No. 460 (North 7th Avenue) (Thorpe) Consider the motion: I move to approve Consent Items E. 1-5 as submitted. F. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes. G. Action Items 1. Resolution No. 4386, authorizing the placement of a Park and Recreation Bond on the November 2012 Election Ballot (Winn) Consider the motion: I move to approve Resolution No. 4386, authorizing the placement of a Park and Recreation Bond on the November 2012 Election Ballot. 2. Mayoral Appointment to the City Planning Board (Kissel) Consider the motion: I move to approve the Mayoral appointment of Paul Neubauer to the City Planning Board. 3. (Re)Appointments to the Design Review Board (Kissel) Consider the motion: I move to reappoint Walter Banziger as an architect representative and Page Huyette as a landscape architect representative to the Design Review Board. AND Consider the motion: I move to appoint Lori Garden as a non-professional representative to the Design Review Board. 4. Appointments to the Recreation and Parks Advisory Board (Kissel) Consider the motion: I move to appoint to the Recreation and Parks Advisory Board Lee Poole as an at-large representative with a term expiring December 31, 2013 and Liz O’Donnell as a student representative with a term expiring October 2, 2013. 5. (Re)Appointments to the Tree Advisory Board (Kissel) continued from July 9th Consider the motion: I move to appoint 2 applicants to the Tree Advisory Board. H.
