WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 7-6-4407, M.C.A., 1978, a resolution must be adopted I by the City CommisSi:on in order to determine the amount of the..City or Town taxes to be levied and assessed on the Taxable property situated within the City for the current fiscal year; and WHEREAS, the City Clerk must certify to the County Clerk a copy of such resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, as follows: Section 1 That for the purpose of providing and maintaining basic City services, the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, does hereby affix 60.49 mills to be levied for the All-Purpose General Fund for all salaries, operations and capital expenditures for general government pur- poses as provided by Section 7-6-4451, M.C.A., 1978. Section 2 That the City Commission of the City of Bozeman hereby affixes a 2.36 mill levy for the State-mandated Police Retirement System in order to maintain payments to the State-administered Police Retirement System in accordance with Section 19-9-704, M.C.A., 1978. Section 3 That the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, hereby affixes 3.79 mills to be levied for the purpose of maintaining the State-mandated City contribution for the Police Re- tirement Unfunded liability, which provides for all actuarial costs established by the State Retirement System, as required by that body. Said 3.79 mill levy to be established in accord- ance with Section 19.9.704, M.C.A., 1978. Section 4 I The City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, hereby establishes and affixes a 1.52 mill levy to provide for the total City payment of premiums for Firefighters and Police Officers Health/Medical Insurance, as required by the State of Montana. Said 1.52 mills to be affixed in accordance wit~ Section 7-32-4117 and 7-33-4130, M.C.A., 1978. Section 5 The City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, does hereby affix a 1.40 mill levy established to provide funds for the Firefighters Disability and Pension Fund as required by the State of Montana. The aforementioned 1.40 mill levy to be affixed in accordance with Section 19-11-503 and 19-11-504, M.C.A., 1978. Section 6 Tha t the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, does hereby affix and establish a mill levy in the amount of 2.07 mills to pnrnvide for City contribution to the State retirement system for employees other than Firefighters and Police Officers, said money to be paid to the Public Employees' Retirement System (P.E.R.S.). The above-referenced 2.07 mill levy to be affixed in accordance with Section 19-3-204, M.C.A., 1978. Section 7 The City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, does hereby establish and affix a mill levy in the amount of 2.01 mills to provide funds for Liability Insurance protection and coverage for the City of Bozeman, Montana. Said mill levy amounting to 2.01 mills is hereby affixed in accordance with Section 2-9-212, M.C.A., 1978. Section 8 I That the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, does herein establish and affix a mill levy amounting to 1.86 mills to provide funds for the operation of the City-County Planning activity. Said mill levy amounting to 1.86 mills is hereby established and affixed in accordance with Section 76-1-406, M.C.A., 1978. Section 9 That the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, does hereby establish a mill levy in the amount of 1.32 mills to provide for the principal and interest payments on outstanding City Hall General Obligation Bonds. Said 1.32 mill levy established herein shall be affixed in accordance with Section 7-7-4265, M.C.A., 1978. Said 2.55 mills are hereby established and affixed in accordance with Section 7-7-4265, M.C.A., 1978. I Section 11 That the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, does hereby establish and affix 1.71 mills to provide for the existing principal and interest payments on outstanding Senior Center General Obligation Bonds. The 1.71 mill levy herein established is hereby affixed in accordance with Section 7-7-4265, M.C.A., 1978. Section 12 The City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, does herewith establish a 6.50 mill levy to provide for principal and interest payments on outstanding Library General Obligation Bonds. That the 6.50 mill levy established herein is hereby affixed in accordance with Section 7-7-4265, M.C.A., 1978. Section 13 The City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana does hereby establish and affix 7.85 mills to provide the necessary funds for the City to maintain its present employees and continue services at existing levels, pursuant to an election held on September 11, 1979, at which time said 7.85 mill issue was duly passed and approved by the electorate of the City of Bozeman, in accordance with Section 7-6-4431, M.C.A., 1978, aS$ended by Senate Bill No. 235, passed during the 1979 State Legislative Session.
