Section 12.24.045, clarifying and amending the requirements for removal of all snow or

4A. Renewal of Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses for Calendar Vear 2001
(new) Motion and vote to approve as listed
5. Staff presentations for Fiscal Vear 2000-2001 budget -- budgets for (A) Public Service,

Boston, Massachusetts on December 6-9, 2000 is in the public interest
d. Ratify City Manager's signature on Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality
(new) Agreement - Gallatin County/City of Bozeman 911 and Western Wireless
e. Award bid - Tub Grinder for Landfill - Morbark, Inc., Winn, Minnesota - in the
(new) bid amount of $125,000.00 (used)
f. Award bid - Trommel Screen for Landfill - Morbark, Inc., Winn Minnesota -
(new) in the bid amount of $84,997.00 (used)
Motion and vote to approve, and authorize and direct the appropriate
persons to complete the necessary actions

9A. Ordinance No. 1530 - establish initial zoning designation of "B-2" on 4.24 acres described
(new) as Tract B-1, COS No. 1827 (east side of Valley Center Drive, north of its intersection

for final adoption
10. Public hearing - application of Lattice Materials Corporation for tax reduction, pursuant to
Section 15-24-1402, M.C.A., for qualifying improvements or modernized processes for
