A. Call to Order – 7:00 p.m. – Madison Conference Room, Bozeman City Hall, 121 N. Rouse (2nd floor)
B. Minutes – May 10 and September 13, 2012
*Consider a motion approving minutes of the May 10 and September 13, 2012 INC meetings as submitted.
C. Public Comment – Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This
is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the City of Bozeman’s
Inter‐Neighborhood Council. Please limit your comments to three (3) minutes.
D. Neighborhood Police Activity Report (Lt. Mark Johnson ‐ Police Department’s Support Services
Division)
E. Wish List Discussion Item: Rental Properties and Absent Property Owners
1. Lt. Mark Johnson will speak about the Police Department’s recent initiatives on improving the
City’s relationship with landlords.
F. New Discussion Item: MSU and City Efforts toward a Good Neighbor/Neighborhood Ambassador
Program
1. Special Guest Kiah Abbey from Associated Students of Montana State University (ASMSU)
– Kiah will give a brief introduction of ASMSU and explain the group’s current efforts toward a
Good Neighbor/Neighborhood Ambassador Program.
G. Wish List Discussion Item: Natural Resources and their Enjoyment
1. Special Guest Kelly Pohl from the Gallatin Valley Land Trust Kelly will give an overview
presentation explaining the $15 million bond measure for Parks & Trails to the on the
November ballot, including the types of projects that could be funded, and how the bond could
benefit our public health, economy, water quality, and community. Additional members from
the Parks & Trails Bond Campaign Committee will attend to help respond to any questions or
concerns that the INC may have. If interested, members of the INC can check the campaign
