REQUEST FOR REMODELING BID
SEEKING REMODELING BIDS FOR THE WATER DEPARTMENT STORAGE BUILDING REMODEL PROJECT
The City of Bozeman is Requesting Bids for the remodel the Water Department Storage Building
at 5519 Saxon Way in the Laurel Glen Subdivision. The project involves the construction of a break room, restroom, and shower facilities in a prefab metal storage building.
Copies of the bid specifications are available at the City Clerk’s Office at Bozeman City Hall,
121 North Rouse, Suite 200, Bozeman, MT 59715. Information on the project is also available
on the city’s web page at www.bozeman.net The bid forms are due at the City Clerk’s Office, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday,
October 17, 2012. The bid opening will be conducted at 2:30 p.m.
A pre-construction walk through meeting is scheduled on site at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 4, 2012. Please write the name of the project: WATER DEPARTMENT STORAGE BUILDING REMODEL PROJECT
on the front of the sealed bid.

Any submitting entity under this invitation to bid must sign and return the required affirmation stating that they will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, marital

under this notice shall also recognize in writing the eventual contract will contain a provision
