COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2196
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FIXING
THE DATE, MATURITY DATE
AND THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF BONDS TO BE
ISSUED IN SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 619.
WHEREAS, at a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, State of Montana,
held on the 23rd day of January, 1980, the said City Commission duly passed Commission Reso-

lution No. 2160, creating Special Improvement District No. 619 entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA,
CREATING A SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS SPECIAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 619 FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTION AND
INSTALLATION OF WATER
LATERAL MAINS AND APPURTENANCES TO SERVE THE
ADJOINING PROPERTIES
MORE SPECIFICALLY AS FOLLOWS: A LATERAL MAIN
AND APPURTENANCES ON
LEA AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF BOZEMAN.
THE CONSTRUCTION AND
INSTALLATION TO INCLUDE ALL TRENCH EXCAVATION
AND BACKFILL, BEDDING
MATERIALS, WATER PIPE, VALVES, FITTINGS, SER-
VICE LINES AND OTHER
NECESSARY APPURTENANCES.
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution said Special Improvement District was duly created,
bids for the construction of said improvement were called for, contracts for the construc-
tion of said improvement were let and special improvement district bonds for the payment of
said improvement were sold.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:

That the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District No. 619 of the City

of Bozeman shall bear the date of July 1, 1980, shall have a maturity date" of.San"l!-ilfY 1, 2000

and that the total principal amount of the bonds to be issued under said Spee~;~J Improvement

District is $ 18,200, and the attached coupons may bear the facsimile signature of the Mayor

and the Clerk of the Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular session thereof
held on the 4th day of June, 1980.
