* A Certificate of Appropriateness Further Development Application to allow the
reconfiguration of the site to accommodate the installation of a drive-thru with related
site improvements.
2. Platinum Ridge Condos Extension Mods to FSP #Z-07268C (Brekke/Heaston)
420 Enterprise Boulevard
* A request for modification to an approved Final Site Plan to allow the extension of the
original approval, minor changes to the proposed elevations, and phasing of the
construction.

* A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness and Deviations Application to allow
renovation of and an addition to an existing residence and the replacement of the
secondary residence with related site improvements. (Second of a two week review)

* A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of the two remaining buildings with
associated parking and related site improvements as part of a previously approved site
plan for four professional office buildings.
2. Sundance Apartments @ Baxter Meadows CUP#Z-12220 (Saunders/Murray)
Vaquero Parkway/Galloway Street
* A Conditional Use Permit Application to allow the construction of eight buildings with a
total of 195 units, a community center clubhouse, associated parking, and related site
improvements.

Fowler Avenue/Ravalli Street
* A Zone Map Amendment Application to change the zoning designation on 12.3 acres
from R-3 (Residential medium Density District) to R-4 (Residential High Density
District).

1. Steak& Shake Informal #I-12023 (Krueger/Heaston)

* An Informal Application for advice and comment on the construction of a new restaurant
with a drive-thru, associated parking, and related site improvements.
