COMMISS ION RESOLUTION NO. 2183
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN
DESIGNATING DUNCAN S. MACNAB, MAYOR OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
AND SAMUEL C. GESKO, Jr., CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF BOZE-
MAN AS OFFICIAL SIGNATORIES ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN
ON ALL NECESSARY AND PROPER DOCUMENTS TO BE FILED WITH THE
I UNITED STATES ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY.
WHEREAS, under the terms of the Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 466,
et seq.), the United States of America has authorized the making of grants authorized
applicants to aid in the construction of specific public projects; and
WHEREAS, the City is required to designate appropriate officials to act
as signatories of all official filings therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, that Duncan S. MacNab, Mayor and/or Samuel C. Gesko, Jr., City Manager, are
hereby designated official signatories on behalf of the City of Bozeman, for the execu-
tion of appl ications and all other documents necessary and proper in conjunction with
governmental grant programs, as approved and processed by the City Commission.
The Director of Finance is authorized and directed to receive payment thereof.

I, Erna V. Harding, Clerk of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 2183 was published by title and number
in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a newspaper of general circulation printed and pub-
lished in said City. in the issue dated the 18th day of May, 1980, and
due proof of such publication is on file in my office.
