Persons Creek House Renovations SP/COA/DEV#Z-12216 (Brekke/Johnson) 310 East Koch Street * A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness and Deviations Application to allow renovation of and an addition to an existing residence and the replacement of the secondary residence with related site improvements. (First of a two week review) 2. Yellowstone Center Business Park SP#Z-12212 (Skelton/Heaston) 1101-1133 Research Drive * A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of the two remaining buildings with associated parking and related site improvements as part of a previously approved site plan for four professional office buildings. 3.
