• Public Comment-Please state your name for our records.Individuals may comment on matters falling within the
purview of the Tourism Business Improvement District. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each
agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes.
• Financial report. (Daryl)(10minutes)
• Administrative
• International Tour Operator Fam support (5 minutes):
o Action: Consider motion to support International Tour Operator
"Mega-Fam" tour with $1050.
• Marketing Report: (10 minutes)
• Marketing agency selection update. (5 minutes).
• Winter leisure co-op reservations to this point. (5 minutes).
• Sales Report(5 minutes)
o Connect Market Place Report
• Convention Center Feasibility Study(30 minutes)
o Action: Consider the motion to approve the use of$40,000 for a
convention center feasibility study.
• FYI/Other Business (3 minutes)
o Gallatin Valley Lacrosse future grant application (Chris Naumann)
