A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FIXING
THE DATE. MATURITY DATE
AND THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF BONDS TO BE
ISSUED IN SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 616.
WHEREAS, at a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, State of Montana,
held on the 14th day of November. 1979, the said City Commission duly passed Commission Reso-

lution No. 2142, creating Special Improvement District No. 616, entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA
CREATING A SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS SPECIAL IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT NO. 616
FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION
OF AN ASPHALTIC CONCRETE
TYPE PAVEMENT. INTEGRAL CONCRETE CURBS AND
GUTTERS, AND NECESSARY
APPURTENANCES THERETO, ALSO APPURTENANCES NECES-
SARY TO STORM DRAINAGE
ON KOCH STREET BETWEEN SOUTH 20TH AND 23RD IN
THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA.
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution said Special Improvement District was duly created,
bids for the construction of said improvement were called for, contracts for the construction
of said improvement were let and special improvement district bonds for the payment of said
improvement were sold.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Cor1MISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
That the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District No. 616 of the City
of Bozeman shall bear the date of August 1, 1980, shall have a maturity date of January 1,
2001, and that the total principal amount of the bonds to be issued under said Special Improve-
ment District is $90,000, and the attached coupons may bear the facsimile signature of the
Mayor and the Clerk of the Commission.
Passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular session thereof

held on the 16 day of July, 1980.
