NO. 2206
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, CREATING A SPECIAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN
AS SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 624 FOR THE PURPOSE OF
CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION
OF WATER MAINS AND NECESSARY
APPURTENANCES THERETO
ON YELLOWSTONE, TETON, FLATHEAD, EAST
GRANITE AND PONDERA AVENUES
AND PORTIONS OF TOOLE, CASCADE, I
BROADWATER, BABCOCK,
RAVALLI, AND FALLON STREETS AND DURS-
TON ROAD AND FERGUSON
AVENUE IN THE VALLEY UNIT SUBDIVISION
TO THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA.
WHEREAS, at a regular
session of the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, held on
the 11th day of June,
1980, the said City Commission duly passed Commission Resolution No.
2201, declaring it to
be the intention of the said City Commission to create a special
improvement district
to be known and designated as Special Improvement District No. 624 to
the said City, for the
purpose of construction and installation of water mains and neces-
sary appurtenances thereto
on Yellowstone, Teton, Flathead, East Granite and Pondera Avenues
and portions of Toole,
Cascade, Broadwater, Babcock, Ravalli and Fallon Streets and Durston
Road and Ferguson Avenue
in the Valley Unit Subdivision to the City of Bozeman, Montana, and
said Commission Resolution
No. 2201 is hereby referred to and made a part hereof for further
particulars in respect
to the boundaries of said Special Improvement District No. 624, and
the estimated cost of
said improvements and method of assessing the same against the property
of said district; and
WHEREAS, notice of the
passage of said Commission Resolution No. 2201 was duly waived by
the receipt of a Waiver
of Hearing of Protests to Special Improvement District No. 624, sub-
mitted by Mr. & Mrs.
Virgil Jahnke who are the only owners of real property within the dis-

trict which will be assessed.
The Commission accepted and approved said Waiver of Hearing
of Protests to Special
Improvement District No. 624.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Section 1
That the said Special
Improvement District No. 624 of the City of Bozeman be, and the
same is hereby created
for the purpose of making improvements as in said Commission Resolution
No. 2201 and hereinafter
described.
Section 2
That said special improvements
be, and the same are, hereby ordered to be made in said
Special Improvement District
No. 624 as follows:

Section 3
That the entire cost
and expense of maintaining the improvements herein referred to
in said Special Improvement
District No. 624, shall be assessed against the entire district.
Each lot, block, tract
or parcel of land within the district will be assessed for that por-
tion of the whole cost
which its area bears to the area of the entire district exclusive of
streets, avenues, and
pUblic places. The total number of feet of assessable footage within

the district is 4,285,470.80 square feet and is the area on which all assessments will
be calculated.
Section 4
That any and all construction districts within the same boundaries and serving the

same area are hereby declared abandoned and terminated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, at a regular session
held thereof on the 18th day of June, 1980.
