Bolton SHR/ADU CUP/COA #Z-12173 (Kramer/Johnson) 1301 South Willson Avenue * A Conditional Use Permit with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the demolition of the existing residence and construction of a new single family residence as well as an ADU and related site improvements. ITEM 4. FINAL WEEK REVIEW 1. My Place Hotel SP/COA/DEV#Z-12169 (Krueger/Heaston) 5889 East Valley Center Road * A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness and Deviations Application to allow the construction of a 3-story, 62 unit hotel with associated parking and related site improvements. 2. Tempest Court Apartments SP#Z-12170 (Riley/Johnson) Southwest of the intersection of North 27th Avenue and Tschache Lane * A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of a 48 unit apartment complex in two phases with associated parking and related site improvements. ITEM 5. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW 1. HRDC Lodging House CUP #Z-12188 (Thorpe/Johnson) 1021 North 5th Avenue * A Conditional Use Permit Application to allow the conversion of an existing single family residential structure for use as a lodging house. (First of a two week review) 2. Spring Street Partners Access Road SP#Z-12186 (Krueger/Heaston) 1403 East Main Street * A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of an access road to accommodate property maintenance needs. ITEM 6. INFORMAL REVIEW 1. Persons Renovation/Addition Informal #I-12019 (Kramer/Heaston) 310 East Koch Street * An Informal Application for advice and comment on renovations to the primary residence and the construction of an addition as well as replacement of the secondary residence on site.
