demolition of the existing residence and construction of a new single family residence as

* A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness and Deviations Application to allow the
construction of a 3-story, 62 unit hotel with associated parking and related site
improvements.

* A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of a 48 unit apartment complex in two
phases with associated parking and related site improvements.

* A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of an access road to accommodate
property maintenance needs.
ITEM 6. INFORMAL REVIEW
1. Persons Renovation/Addition Informal #I-12019 (Kramer/Heaston)

* An Informal Application for advice and comment on renovations to the primary residence
and the construction of an addition as well as replacement of the secondary residence on
site.
