Tempest Court Apartments SP #Z-12170 (Riley/Johnson) Southwest of the intersection of North 27th Avenue and Tschache Lane * A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of a 48 unit apartment complex in two phases with associated parking and related site improvements. Pro Rentals Building Informal #I-12017 (Skelton/Murray) Maus Lane * An Informal Application for advice and comment on the construction of a new commercial building with related site improvements and the exemption of the requirement to install sidewalks. 2.
