RESOLUTION NO. 2228
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FIXING THE DATE,
MATURITY DATE AND THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED IN SPECIAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 623
WHEREAS, at a regular
session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, State of Montana,

held on the 19th day of June, 1980, the said City Commission duly passed Commission Resolution
No. 2205, creating Special Improvement District No. 623,
entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, CREATING A
SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 623
FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF SANITARY SEWER AND APPURTEN-
ANCES TO SERVE THE ADJOINING PROPERTIES AND MORE SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
AN EIGHT (8) INCH SANITARY SEWER AND APPURTENANCES ON EAST GRANITE, PONDERA, WEST
GRANITE, GOLDEN VALLEY, TETON AND FLATHEAD AVENUES AND PORTIONS OF FALLON,RAVALLI,
WEST BABCOCK, BROADWATER, CASCADE STREETS, TOOLE STREET, AND A PORTION OF DURSTON
ROAD AND A TWELVE (12) INCH AND FOURTEEN (14) INCH SANITARY SEWER ON YELLOWSTONE
AVENUE ALL IN THE VALLEY UNIT SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF BOZEMAN.
THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF THE SANITARY SEWER TO INCLUDE ALL TRENCH EX-
CAVATION AND BACKFILL, BEDDING MATERIAL, SANITARY SEWER LINES, MANHOLES, SERVICE
LINE STUBS, AND OTHER NECESSARY APPURTENANCES.
WHEREAS, pursuant to
said Resolution said Special Improvement District was duly created,
bids for the construction of said improvement were called for, contracts for the construction
of said improvement were let and special improvement district bonds for the payment of said
improvement were sold.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT
RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
That the bonds to be
issued under said Special Improvement District No. 623 of the City of

Bozeman shall bear the date of January 1, 1981, shall have a maturity date of January 1, 2001, and
that the total principal amount of the bonds to be issued
under said Special Improvement District
is $525,000.00, and the attached coupons may bear the facsimile
signature of the Mayor and the
Clerk of the Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by
the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular session thereof
held on the 19th day of November, 1980.
