Bronzeleaf Condos Extension Mods to FSP #Z-05211B (Thorpe/Johnson) Southeast of the intersection of Cottonwood Road and Durston Road * A modification to an approved Final Site Plan to allow the extension of the original approval for construction of condominium units with related site improvements as well as a request to remove the requirement for offsite improvements. My Place Hotel SP/COA/DEV#Z-12169 (Krueger/Heaston) 5889 East Valley Center Road * A Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness and Deviations Application to allow the construction of a 3-story, 62 unit hotel with associated parking and related site improvements. 2. Tempest Court Apartments SP#Z-12170 (Riley/Johnson) Southwest of the intersection of North 27th Avenue and Tschache Lane * A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of a 48 unit apartment building in two phases with associated parking and related site improvements. Norton East Ranch Phase IIA Informal #I-12014 (Krueger/Murray) South of Dragon Fly Street and north of May Fly Street * An Informal Application for advice and comment on the reconfiguration of the original plat to remove an alley, 4 RSL lots, and 3 Workforce Housing lots. 2. Concept MB Bank Informal #I-12013 (Krueger/Johnson) 1941 West Main Street * An Informal Application for advice and comment on the construction of new branch bank with associated parking, a drive-thru, and related site improvements. 3. East Main Commons (formerly KO's)Informal 4I-12016 (Krueger/Heaston) 1332 East Main Street * An Informal Application for advice and comment on the construction of three commercial buildings with associated parking and related site improvements.
