BE IT REroLVED BY THE aMAISSICN CF THE CITY OF roZEMAN: I Sect ion 1. That pursuant to the direction and by authority of the provisions of Section 7-12-4332, R.C.M., 1979, and upon estimates of such cost rrade by said City COrrnrlssion as author- ized and directed by said Section 7-12-4332, R.C.M., 1949, to defray the cost of maintaining lighting systems for electrical current in the several Special Lmprovement Lighting Districts of the City of Bozeman hereinafter specified, there is hereby levied and assessed against the property and several lots, pieces and parcels thereof within the boundaries of Special Lmprove- ment Lighting District No. 's 284, 288, 289, 290, 295, 300, 361, 362, 388, 400, 420, 423, 453, 459, 460, 461, 462, 479, 480, 484, 490, 508, 539, 556, of the City of Bozeman respectively, as heretofore created and established, the total arrounts as to each entire district and the several amounts as to eaCh lot, piece, or parcel of land within the boundaries of suCh district, as set forth in the several schedules attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked sepa- rately for identification as Schedule One through Schedule Twenty-five. The arrount so levied and assessed is 75% of suCh estimated cost for each and all of said Districts except for S.I.L.D.'s No. 361 and 362, and as to S.I.L.D.'s No. 361 and 362, the levy and assessment is 50% of such estimated cost. Section 2. That a particular description of each lot, piece, or parcel of land with the narr.e of the owner thereof, and the SUIl assessed and levied against such property and owner, or either, is set forth in the Schedule of eaCh district as specified and identified in Section One of the Resolution, and made a part of this Resolution as aforesaid. Sect ion 3. That the regular meeting of the Cmrnission of the Ci ty of Bozeman to be held on the 26th day of November, 1980, at the COrrrrrlssion Chamber, City Hall Building, in the City of I Bozeman, be, and the same is hereby designated as the time and place at which objections to the final adoption of this Resolution will be heard and considered by said COmmission. Sect ion 4. That the Clerk of the Ci ty C'Am!1ission be, and she is hereby ordered to publish in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in said City of Bozeman, a notice signed by said Clerk as suCh, Which notice shall state that this Resolution levying and assessing the several arrounts set forth in the schedule attached hereto and rrade a part of as aforesaid and for the purposes herein has been provisionally passed and adopted by the COmmission of the City of Bozeman and is on file in the office of said Clerk of CbnnUssion and subject to inspection during regular office hours, for a period of five (5) days fran and after the publication of such notice and at any tirre during such office hours and at or prior to the regular meeting of the City (,~ission to be held on the 26th day of November, 1980, as stated in Section 3 hereof; that said NOtice shall be so published one time, and suCh publication shall be made not less than five (5) days before the time set for hearing and con- sidering objections to the final adoption of this Resolution as aforesaid. IDI'ICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that at a regular rreeting of the ('ADmission of the Ci ty of Bozemm, held on the 19th day of November, 1980, Ccmnission Resolution No. 2259 was provisionally passed and adopted. Said Resolution levies and assesses a special assessrrent upon at the property in Special ~rovernent Lighting Districts of said City to defray the estimated cost of maintenance and electrical current for each of said Districts, pursuant to provisions of Section; 7-12-4332, R.C.~I., 1979. The portion of suCh cost assessed is 75% as to all of said Districts except District No. 's 361 and 362 (~~in Street) and as such districts the portion of the cost assessed is 50%.
