COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2272
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA
CONFIRMING AND APPROVING THE TRANSFER TO GREENWOOD PLAZA ASSOCIATES,
A MONTANA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP.
BE IT RESOLVED
BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN THAT:
I 1. The City
Commission does hereby, subject to the terms of this Resolution, confirm,
authorize and approve the transfer of real property to GREENWOOD PLAZA ASSOCIATES, A Montana
Limited Partnership for the purpose of the construction of a housing development in Bozeman
'''''-
for eligible
low-income persons and families.
2. That this
approval is subject to and conditional upon the final financing and closing
of said project
by the Department of Housing and Urban Development on or before January 31, 1981.
ADOPTED by the
City Commission of the City of Bozeman, at a regular and stated session of
said City Commission,
