A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FIXING
THE DATE,
MATURITY DATE AND THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED IN
SPECIAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 627
WHEREAS, at a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, State of Montana,
held on the 10th day of December, 1980, the said City Commission duly passed Commission Resolution
No. 2280, creating Special Improvement District No. 627, entitled:

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA
CREATING
A SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT
NO. 627 FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF A SANITARY
SEWER
MAIN AND APPURTENANCES TO SERVE THE ADJOINING PROPERTIES AND MORE
SPECIFICALLY
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: AN EIGHT (8) INCH SANITARY SEWER LATERAL AND
TWELVE (12)
INCH SEWER MAIN AND THE NECESSARY APPURTENANCES IN LOT 1, TRIANGLE
AREA ANNEXA-
TION TO THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA.
THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF THE SANITARY SEWER LATERALS
AND MAINS SHALL
INCLUDE ALL TRENCH EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL, BEDDING MATERIALS, INSTALLATION
OF
SEWER LINES, NECESSARY WYES, SERVICE LINE STUBS, MANHOLES, AND OTHER
NECESSARY
APPURTENANCES THERETO.
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution said Special Improvement District was duly created,
bids for the construction of said improvement were called for, contracts for the construction of
said improvement were let and special improvement district bonds for the payment of said improve-
ment were sold.
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
That the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District No. 627 of the City of
Bozeman shall bear the date of April 1, 1981, shall have a maturity date of January 1, 2001, and
that the total principal amount of the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District
is $30,000.00; and the attached coupons may bear the facsimile signature of the Mayor and the

Clerk of the Commission.
Passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular session thereof
held on the 29th day of April, 1981.
