* A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of five apartment buildings housing a
total of 84 units with related site improvements.

* A Site Plan Application with a Certificate of Appropriateness and Exemptions to allow
the expansion of the existing Haynes Pavilion facilities with associated parking and
related site improvements.
2. Fresco Cafe Creekside CUP/COA #Z-12150 (Bristor/Johnson)
317 East Main Mendenhall Street
* A Conditional Use Permit with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the
conversion of an existing warehouse to a restaurant, the establishment of an outdoor
seating area, and on-premise consumption of beer/wine. (First of a two week review.)

1. Baxter Meadows Apartments INF #I-12015 (Saunders/Murray)

* An Informal Application for advice and comment on the construction of 204 apartments
on 6.7 acres with associated parking and related site improvements.
