Trout Meadows @ Cattail Lake Ph. 2 SP#Z-12129 (Bristor/Heaston) Northeast of the intersection of Davis Lane and Catamount Street * A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of five apartment buildings housing a total of 84 units with related site improvements. ITEM 4. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Haynes Pavilion Expansion SP/COA/EXEMPT#Z-12143 (Bristor/Johnson) 901 North Black Avenue * A Site Plan Application with a Certificate of Appropriateness and Exemptions to allow the expansion of the existing Haynes Pavilion facilities with associated parking and related site improvements. 2. Fresco Cafe Creekside CUP/COA #Z-12150 (Bristor/Johnson) 317 East Main Mendenhall Street * A Conditional Use Permit with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the conversion of an existing warehouse to a restaurant, the establishment of an outdoor seating area, and on-premise consumption of beer/wine. (First of a two week review.) ITEM 5. INFORMAL REVIEW 1. Baxter Meadows Apartments INF #I-12015 (Saunders/Murray) Northeast of the intersection of Vaquero Parkway and Galloway Street * An Informal Application for advice and comment on the construction of 204 apartments on 6.7 acres with associated parking and related site improvements.
