A RESOLUTION
OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FIXING THE DATE,
MATURITY DATE
AND THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED IN SPECIAL
IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 630
WHEREAS, at
a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, State of
Montana, held on the 10th day of December, 1980, the said City Commission
duly passed Commission I
Resolution No. 2283, creating Special Improvement District No. 630
entitled:
A RESOLUTION
OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, ~10NTANA
CREATING A SPECIAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS SPECIAL IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT
NO. 630 FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING AND INSTALLING AN
ASPHALTIC CONCRETE
TYPE PAVEMENT, INTEGRAL CONCRETE CURBS AND GUTTERS
AND
NECESSARY APPURTENANCES THERETO; ALSO APPURTENANCES NECESSARY TO
STORM DRAINAGE
ON SOUTH 22ND AVENUE BETWEEN SOUTH 20TH AND KOCH STREET
IN THE UNIVERSITY
SQUARE SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA.
WHEREAS, pursuant
to said Resolution said Special Improvement District was duly
created, bids for the construction of said improvement were called
for, contracts for the
construction of said improvement were let and special improvement district
bonds for the payment
of said improvement were sold.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE C!ITY OF BOZEMAN:
That the bonds
to be issued under said Special Improvement District No. 630 of the
City of Bozeman shall bear the date of April 1, 1981, shall have a
maturity date of January 1,
2001, and that the total principal amount of the bonds to be issued
under said Special Improve-
ment District is $90,000.00, and the attached coupons may bear the
facsimile signature of the
Mayor and the Clerk of the Commission.
Passed and adopted
by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular session I
