COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2316
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZH1AN FIXING THE DATE,
MATURITY DATE AND THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED IN SPECIAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 62g~
WHEREAS, at a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, State of Montana,
held on the 10th day of December, 1980, the said City Commission duly passed Commission Resolution
I No. 2282, creating Special Improvement District No. 629, entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, CREATING
A SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.
629 FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF A SANITARY SEWER AND
WATER MAIN AND APPURTENANCES TO SERVE THE ADJOINING PROPERTIES AND MORE SPECIFI-
CALLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: AN EIGHT (8) INCH SANITARY SEWER LATERAL AND THE
NECESSARY APPURTENANCES IN THE UNIVERSITY SQUARE SUBDIVISION, AN EIGHT (8) INCH
AND A SIX (6) INCH WATER LATERA~ FIRE HYDRANTS, VALVES, AND APPURTENANCES ALL
IN THE UNIVERSITY SQUARE SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA.
THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF THE SANITARY SEWER LATERALS AND WATER
LATERALS SHALL INCLUDE ALL TRENCH EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL, BEDDING MATERIALS,
INSTALLATION OF SEWER MAIN, NECESSARY WYES, SERVICE LINE STUBS, MANHOLES, WATER
LINES, VALVES, HYDRANTS, AND OTHER NECESSARY APPURTENANCES THERETO.
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution said Special Improvement District was duly created,
bids for the construction of said improvement were called for, contracts for the construction
of said improvement were let and special improvement district bonds for the payment of said
improvement were sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CO~1MISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
That the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District No. 629 of the City of
Bozeman shall bear the date of April 1, 1981, shall have a maturity date of January 1, 2001, and
I that the total principal amount of the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District
is $71,000.00, and the attached coupons may bear the facsimile signature of the Mayor and the
Clerk of the Commission.
Passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular session thereof held
on the 29th day of Apri 1, 1981. ___
