Director's Report

STREAMLINE: 606 is still waiting for parts and a transmission fix. Other than that
everything is up and running.
We have received the contract for the new 35 passenger bus for Streamline. The total local
match is $37,100.65 and the color will be right.
I have three bids for the transfer of radios to narrow band rather than wide band. We will be
working on this project during the month of July.
Tom Stuber from MDT will be here on July 10 to do an operational review of Galavan and
Streamline.
We have lost our lease with Town Pump and are looking for a new in town stop for Belgrade.
I have a request in to the city manager for an alternative site and need to have an answer by the
end of the month.
GALAVAN: Galavan added 9 new customers in May and gave a total of 1,892 rides in 23
days of service.
The initial RouteMatch visit has been made and we will do training July 16-20 with a"go live"
date two weeks after that.
We are currently advertising for a Saturday driver. This position will help bring us into
compliance with all ADA rules and regulations. We have had a couple of nibbles but no bites
yet.
