A RESOLUTION TO SUBMIT TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, AS TO WHETHER TO ENACT AN ORDINANCE MORE RESTRICTIVE THAN SECTION
45-8-201 AND SECTION 45-8-202 OF THE MONTANA CODE ANNOTATED PROVIDING FOR
A DEFINITION OF OBSCENE MATERIAL AND PROHIBITING THE SALE AND DISTRIBUTION
THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN: I
That there shall be submitted to the qualified electors of the City of Bozeman, Montana,
in an election to be held on the 15th day of September, 1981, the question of whether to enact
an Ordinance more restrictive than Sections 45-8-201 and 45-8-202 which provide for a definition
of obscene material and prohibiting the sale and dcistribution thereof.
