2340
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COM~1ISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA,
AUTHORIZING THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT TO CONSTRUCT ROADS OVER AND
ACROSS REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF BOZEt1AN, MONTANA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, as follows, to-wit:
That the Mayor is authorized to execute easements in favor of the United
States of I
America across land owned by the City of Bozeman, Montana, and allowing the United States Government
to construct the following roads:
Switchback Pass Road No. 1783 over and across Lots 2 and 3, Section
27, T. 3 S.,
R. 6 E., P.M.M., Gallatin County, Montana.
, Moser Exchange Road No. 1761 over and across Lot 4, Section 27, T.
3 S., R. 6 E.,
P.M.M., Gallatin County, Montana.
Spur Road No. 979 A over and across Lot 2, Section 35, T. 3 S., R.
6 E., P .M.M.
Gallatin County, Montana.
City Connection Road No. 1784 A over and across E~SE~, Section 1, T.
4 S., R 6 E.,
P.M.M., Gallatin County, Montana.
South Fork Stub Road No. 1784 B over and across Lot 1, Section 7, T.
4 S., R. 7 E.,
Park County, Montana.
Lakeview Road No. 979 B over and across Lot 3, Section 31, T. 3 S.,
R 7 E., P.M.M.
Gallatin County, Montana.
ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, at
a regular session
thereof held on the 22nd day of July, 1981.
