Bronzeleaf Condos Extension Mods to FSP#Z-05211B (Thorpe/Johnson) Southeast of the intersection of Cottonwood Road and Durston Road * A modification to an approved Final Site Plan to allow the extension of the original approval for construction of condominium units with related site improvements as well as a request to remove the requirement for off site improvements. ITEM 4. FINAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Haggerty Lane Apartments SP#Z-12113 (Riley/Johnson) Southeast of the intersection of Haggerty Lane and Farmhouse Lane * A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of an 11 unit apartment complex with related site improvements. 2. South Wallace Avenue ZMA #Z-12122 (Riley/Johnson) South Wallace Avenue (-200 Block) * A Zone Map Amendment Application to allow a change in urban zoning designation from R-4 (Residential High Density District) to B-3 (Central Business District) on 2.8751 acres. (Second of a two week review) ITEM 5. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Trout Meadows @ Cattail Lake Ph. 2 SP #Z-12129 (Bristor/Heaston) Northeast of the intersection of Davis Lane and Catamount Street * A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of five apartment buildings housing a total of 84 units with related site improvements.
