* A modification to an approved Final Site Plan to allow the extension of the original
approval for construction of condominium units with related site improvements as well as
a request to remove the requirement for off site improvements.

South Wallace Avenue (-200 Block)
* A Zone Map Amendment Application to allow a change in urban zoning designation
from R-4 (Residential High Density District) to B-3 (Central Business District) on 2.8751
acres. (Second of a two week review)

* A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of five apartment buildings housing a
total of 84 units with related site improvements.
