CERTIFICATE AND RECEIPT OF FINANCE DIRECTOR
1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Finance Director of the City of
Bozeman, Montana (the "City"), hereby certify and acknowledge that on the date of this
instrument, the City received from D.A. Davidson & Co., of Great Falls, Montana, as purchaser
thereof(the "Purchaser"), the purchase price of$3,080,000 General Obligation Refunding
Bonds, Series 2012, of the City (the "Series 2012 Bonds"), dated, as originally issued, as of,Tune
14, 2012, said purchase price being computed as follows:
Principal of Bonds $3,080,000.00
Plus Reoffering Premium 92,268.45
Less Underwriter's Discount (23,100.00)
TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE $3,149,168.45
and that I thereupon directed Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Bond Registrar, to
deliver the Bonds to The Depository Trust Company of New York, New York, on behalf of the
Purchaser.
WITNESS my hand officially as such Finance Director of the City as of this 14th day of
June, 2012.
