Dear Mr. Martin:
Would you please take the necessary action to install
six 100--watt (3500 Lumens) , Type III Mercury Vapor Luminaries
to be mounted on existing distribution poles in the alley
between Tenth and Eleventh Avenues from Villard to Durston.
This Lighting District is to be known as SID 556.
