Dear Mr. Belden:
During a regular City Commission meeting held 9 May
1973 Special Improvement Lighting District No. 508 'of the
City of Bozeman was reviewed and created by the City
Commission. I believe your Engineering Department has the
construction plans for this lighting district within their
files.
Based upon the above action of the City Commission,
you may accept this letter as your authorization to proceed
with construction of the lighting district and include
charges therefor in the monthly billing to the City of
Bozeman in accordance with prevailing rates.
