There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that item.Please limit your comments to three minutes. • Financial report. (Daryl)(5 minutes) o Upcoming two year audit • Administrative (15minutes) • Discussion need for 3 vs 4 officers (5 minutes) • Discuss changing month of board appointments (5 minutes). • TBID meeting date change to second Tuesday (5 Minutes) • Tournament Committee Report. (10 minutes ) o Discussion and/or Action: Finalize 2013-2014 financial support • Marketing Report: (20 minutes) • Marketing committee report(10 minutes) • Discussion and/or Action: Approve$5000 for winter coop promotion of New York flight. (5 minutes) • Bridger Bowl domestic bliss summary(5 minutes) • Grant Requests (5 minutes) o Discussion to extend Blackhawks Baseball grant one year. • Other business/FYI (20 minutes) • Discussion and/or action: Open space bond, consider vote for board support of the open space bond. (10 minutes) • Discussion and/or action: Approval of up to$1500 support for the log cabin.
