a. Authorize City Manager to sign - Agreement with Community Access
Development - for redesign and continued update and maintenance of City's
web page
b. Authorize City Manager to sign - Release and Reconveyance of Easements
to Gallatin Center Limited Partnership - three temporary easements for fire
pond, fire lane and cul-de-sacs on Lot 9, Gallatin Center Subdivision, Phase
II
c. Authorize City Manager to sign - Sewer and Water Pipeline and Access
Easement and Agreement - Bozeman Property Limited - across Lot 10A,
Amended Plat of Lots 10 and 11, Tai Lane Addition
d. Ratify City Manager's signature on Exhibit "A" of Library Services Contract
between the Board of County Commissioners of Gallatin County and the City
of Bozeman Library Board of Trustees
e. Cancellation of December 26 Commission meeting due to holiday season and
lack of agenda items
f. Commission Resolution No. 3420 - certifying delinquent assessments as of
November 30, 2000, to the County
g. Claims
Motion and vote to approve, and authorize and direct the appropriate
persons to complete the necessary actions
4. Staff presentations for Fiscal Vear 2000-2001 budget--budgets for (A) Cemetery,
(B) Parks, (C) Forestry, (D) Facilities, (E) Library, (F) Recreation, (G) Planning and Zoning,
and (H) City Commission
5. Discussion - FVI Items
