Water Pipeline and access Easement

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize City Manager to sign
BACKGROUND: Attached are copies (original to Stacy Ulmen), of the partially executed
easements for the water pipeline and access easement for the above
referenced project. Two easements have been provided for the two
separate properties in which the proposed water pipeline will be
constructed. The first is from the Resurrection Parish to the City of
Bozeman and the second is from West Kagy Professional Building
Condominium to the City of Bozeman. These easements will provide and
easement for construction and maintenance access of the new water main
needed to facilitate the expansion of the Parish. Engineering staff has
reviewed the easements and found them to be acceptable.
The Water Pipeline Easement was included as a condition of approval
with the original site plan that was reviewed and approved by the
Commission on February 28, 2011.
FISCAL EFFECTS: None.
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
