* An Annexation Application to allow the annexation of 42.93 acres into the City.

* A Zone Map Amendment Application to establish an urban zoning designation of PLI
(Public Lands and Institutions) on 42.93 acres in conjunction with annexation.
3. Strong Home Based Business CUP/COA/DEV#Z-12031 (Kramer/Johnson)

* A Conditional Use Permit with a Certificate of Appropriateness and Deviations to allow
the demolition of the existing garage and construction of a new garage to include a Home
Based Business as well as modifications and additions to the existing residence with
related site improvements.
