Stn Elementary School Annexation#A-12002 (Riley/Murray) Durston Road/Cottonwood Road * An Annexation Application to allow the annexation of 42.93 acres into the City. 2. 8th Elementary School ZMA#Z-12055 (Riley/Murray) Durston Road/Cottonwood Road * A Zone Map Amendment Application to establish an urban zoning designation of PLI (Public Lands and Institutions) on 42.93 acres in conjunction with annexation. 3. Strong Home Based Business CUP/COA/DEV#Z-12031 (Kramer/Johnson) 619 South Willson Avenue * A Conditional Use Permit with a Certificate of Appropriateness and Deviations to allow the demolition of the existing garage and construction of a new garage to include a Home Based Business as well as modifications and additions to the existing residence with related site improvements. 4. Catron Crossing Master SP #Z-12080 (Riley/Johnson) Valley Center Road * A Master Site Plan Application to allow the development 23.35 acres zoned B-2 (Community Business District) in four phases with related site improvements. 4.
