Ditton ZMA#Z-12056 (Skelton/Heaston) 2210 Bridger Drive * A Zone Map Amendment Application to establish an urban zoning designation of R-S (Residential Suburban District) on 20 acres in conjunction with annexation. ITEM 4. SECOND WEEK REVIEW 1. Strong Home Based Business CUP/COA/DEV#Z-12031 (Kramer/Johnson) 619 South Willson Avenue * A Conditional Use Permit with a Certificate of Appropriateness and Deviations to allow the demolition of the existing garage and construction of a new garage to include a Home Based Business as well as modifications and additions to the existing residence with related site improvements.
