* A Zone Map Amendment Application to establish an urban zoning designation of R-S
(Residential Suburban District) on 20 acres in conjunction with annexation.

* A Conditional Use Permit with a Certificate of Appropriateness and Deviations to allow
the demolition of the existing garage and construction of a new garage to include a Home
