Stoneridge PUD Allowable Uses CUP #Z-12066 (Saunders/Murray) 1143 Stoneridge Drive * A Conditional Use Permit Application to amend the original Planned Unit Development to include Health and Exercise Establishments as an allowable use. ITEM 4. FINAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Auto Stop CUP/COA#Z-12043 (Krueger/Heaston) 1401 East Main Street * A Conditional Use Permit with a Certificate of appropriateness Application to allow the construction of an auto repair shop addition, parking/landscaping improvements, renovation of the existing structure, and related site improvements. 2. Cattail Springs Condos SP #Z-12051 (Riley/Heaston) 2752 Catalyst Street * A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of two four-plex condominium units with related site improvements. 3. Baxter Meadows Phases 4B-4G MaSub Pre-App#P-12003 (Skelton/Johnson) Southwest of the intersection of Baxter Lane and Davis Lane * A Major Subdivision Pre-Application to allow the subdivision of 36.94 acres into 96 single-family lots. ITEM 5. SECOND WEEK REVIEW 1. 8th Elementary School Annexation#A-12002 (Riley/Murray) Durston Road/Cottonwood Road * An Annexation Application to allow the annexation of 42.93 acres into the City. 2. Stn Elementary School ZMA#Z-12055 (Riley/Murray) Durston Road/Cottonwood Road * A Zone Map Amendment Application to establish an urban zoning designation of PLI (Public Lands and Institutions) on 42.93 acres in conjunction with annexation. 3. Ditton Annexation #A-12003 (Skelton/Heaston) 2210 Bridger Drive * An Annexation Application to allow the annexation of 20 acres into the City. (OVER) 1 4. Ditton ZMA#Z-12056 (Skelton/Heaston) 2210 Bridger Drive * A Zone Map Amendment Application to establish an urban zoning designation of R-S (Residential Suburban District) on 20 acres in conjunction with annexation. ITEM 6. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW 1. Strong Home Based Business CUP/COA/DEV#Z-12031 (Kramer/Johnson) 619 South Willson Avenue * A Conditional Use Permit with a Certificate of Appropriateness and Deviations to allow the demolition of the existing garage and construction of a new garage to include a Home Based Business as well as modifications and additions to the existing residence with related site improvements.
