Leep ZMA#Z-12044 (Riley/Murray) Durston Road * A Zone Map Amendment Application to establish an urban zoning designation of R-3 (Residential Medium Density District) on 2 acres in conjunction with annexation. 3. Auto Stop CUP/COA#Z-12043 (Krueger/Heaston) 1401 East Main Street * A Conditional Use Permit with a Certificate of appropriateness Application to allow the construction of an auto repair shop addition,parking/landscaping improvements, renovation of the existing structure, and related site improvements. 4. Cattail Springs Condos SP #Z-12051 (Riley/Heaston) 2752 Catalyst Street * A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of two four-plex condominium units with related site improvements. 5. Ditton Annexation#A-12003 (Skelton/Heaston) 2210 Bridger Drive * An Annexation Application to allow the annexation of 20 acres into the City. 4. Ditton ZMA#Z-12056 (Skelton/Heaston) 2210 Bridger Drive * A Zone Map Amendment Application to establish an urban zoning designation of R-S (Residential Suburban District) on 20 acres in conjunction with annexation.
