Please limit your comments to 3 minutes. C. Meeting Minutes—Discuss and approve meeting minutes from March 1 meeting D. Discussion Items • Welcome newest board member, Bill Fogarty (Wolfe) • N7Rehab applications and presentations (Thorpe) • Lighting project update (Jacobsen) • SILD update (Thorpe) • Outreach event— lightpole (Thorpe) • FY13 budget discussion (Thorpe) • March 21 Beautification Board report (Wolfe, Fraser) • Signage criteria, etc, district zoning (Thorpe) • Top 3 priorities— monthly rehash of goals— 1)sidewalks, 2)lighting, 3)landscaping E. Action Items • Consider a motion approving N7rehab grants • Consider a motion to direct staff to negotiate a Professional Services Agreement amendment with Morrison-Maierle for services outlined in Kevin Jacobsen's March 9 letter, not to exceed $16,000 (1K=easement documents, 9.5K=resubmittal to MDT, 5.5K=sample light fixture) • Consider a motion to direct staff to use breakdown of numbers to put together a draft of FY13 budget document and annual report F.
