A. Call to Order—6:30 PM
B. Public Comment—Please state your name and address for the record. This provides the public with the
opportunity to comment on matters falling within the purview of the NURB. An opportunity will be provided for
the public to comment on Discussion and Action Items. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes.
C. Consent
a. Approve minutes from 3/6/2012meeting
D. Discussion
a. FY 2013 Work Plan and Budget— Review 2012 Work Plan and Budget and discuss priorities in
preparation of the draft 2013 budget.
b. Proposal for zone code amendments to limit night time/weekend uses (or nuisances) and/or restaurants
in the HMU District
c. What to consider when creating a Redevelopment Incentive Program for the NURD
i. District Plan Principals and Goals
ii. Review of Applicable sections of State Urban Renewal Law in the Montana Code Annotated
iii. Allowable Costs to be paid with TIF
d. Neighborhood News
