• Minutes Approval—March 6th, 2012 Regular TBID meeting minutes.
• Public Comment-Please state your name for our records.Individuals may comment on matters falling within the
purview of the Tourism Business Improvement District. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each
agenda item for comments pertaining to that item.Please limit your comments to three minutes.
• City of Bozeman: Local Option Sales Tax(20 minutes (Chris Kukulski))
• Financial report. (Daryl)(5 minutes)
• Administrative
o April 101h Board Ethics Training: at City Hall, 12:30
• Tournament Committee Report. (15 minutes )
o Action: Consider motion to approve 2013-2014 financial support for
the Gallatin Valley Tournament Committee.
• Marketing Report: (Jim)(30 minutes)
o Action: consider motion to approve joint CVB/TBID marketing plan.
• Other business/FYI (5 minutes)
o 2 Upcoming Board Appointments
